Return & Shipping Policy – Clara & Rose Belmont

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to these terms at the time of purchase.


Returns

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. For items where hygiene is essential, such as undergarments or skincare, products must be clean and unopened before initiating a return.

Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, tights, and selected skincare products.


No Exchanges on Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be exchanged, even for size or color.
We strongly recommend double-checking your size and color selection before completing your purchase.


Misuse of Multi-Buy Promotions

Promotional offers must not be misused by ordering multiple sizes or colors with the intention of keeping only one.
In such cases, any accepted return will be processed as store credit only, once the returned items have been received and inspected in good condition.


Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please email us at info@clararose-belmont.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • A clear photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

  • Your full contact information

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the correct return address.
Please note that returns must be shipped to our supplier in China.


Refunds

Procedure:
After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 30 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If the refund is still not visible, please contact us at info@clararose-belmont.com for assistance.


Costs

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns.

All returns must be sent to our supplier in China, with shipping costs starting from approximately $30 USD, paid by the customer.

Important:
Do not send your return to the address printed on the shipping label. That address belongs to the carrier and is not our warehouse. Parcels sent there cannot be received or refunded.


Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no cost.
If the same issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as our system automatically processes orders immediately.

After placing your order, we require 1–3 business days to process it. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may take slightly longer to ship.

Delivery Time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the average delivery time is 6–12 business days.

Please note that in some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days depending on global shipping volumes, holidays, or customs procedures.
